How long does it take to deliver?

To keep freshness & prolong shelf-life, we pack your coffee right after order placement. Please keep in mind it would take 3-7 business days to be ready for shipment

Why is my shipment delayed?

Occasionally, couriers may face a high volume of orders, which can lead to delays beyond the estimated shipment times. To stay informed, please sign up for package updates directly through your courier using your tracking number.

If you continue to experience issues, we want to help! Please email us at administrator@188roasters.com, including your name and order number, so we can work together to resolve the matter.

Where is my order confirmation?

Our order confirmation emails sometimes end up in junk folders, or text message confirmations are blocked by phone carriers.  With the rise of spam texts, we understand this can be unconventional and confusing.

Once you receive your confirmation, you can check your order status and subscribe to email updates for easier tracking. If you have any questions, please email administrator@188roasters.com with the name on your order, and we’ll be happy to provide your confirmation.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

We appreciate your business and want to make it right. Please email us at administrator@188roasters.com with your name, order number, unboxing videos and a description of the issue you’re experiencing and we will work to make it right.

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide assistance without an unboxing video. Should the damage be attributable to the courier, kindly contact them directly for resolution.

What holidays are you closed?

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all public holidays in Indonesia. Any changes to our operating hours for other occasions or holidays will be announced on this website and on our social media channels.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We’re working on it.
